May 19, Fineko/abc.az. A new investment company has been established in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the Main Local Revenue Department of the State Tax Service of Baku has registered investment company NovoCapital CJSC.

The company was registered on May 11, 2023 with authorized capital of AZN 300,000 at legal address: 103, Mir Jalal Str, Binagadi district, Baku.

Hamdulla Azizov, the director of NovoCapital CJSC.

To participate in the market, they must obtain a license from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. Currently, the Central Bank has issued licenses to 13 such companies.
