October 11, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has arrived today in the Kyrgyz Republic for a state visit.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state was welcomed by President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov at Bishkek Manas International Airport.
