April 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Defense has filed a lawsuit against production commercial company Elnur-2.

ABC.AZ reports that the claim was submitted to the proceedings of judge of the Baku Commercial Court Zeynab Akhundova. The reason for the trial was disputes over the contract.

Elnur-2 was registered on 11 February 1994. The legal address of the company with the authorized capital of 1.60 manats is located at the address: Baku city, Binagadi district, Suleiman Sani Akhundov Street, house 11/35.

The legal representative of Elnur-2 is Zaur Nabiyev. The name of company Elnur-2 most often appears in tender operations. The company becomes the winner of procurement competitions held mainly in the southern regions.
