November 2, Fineko/abc.az. The amendments to the Law on State Compulsory Personal Insurance for Military Personnel have been suggested.
ABC.AZ reports that the amending draft will be considered by the Committee on Defense, Security & Anti-Corruption.
According to the proposed changes, the policyholder will receive an insurance payment in the amount of 15% of the sum of insurance compensation if he receives a less serious injury (wounds, injuries, contusions) during active military service (fees).
The draft says that severe, less severe and light types of injuries are determined in accordance with the list endorsed by the body defined by the relevant executive authority.
