July 14, Fineko/abc.az. A lawsuit has been filed against the subsidiary of Gilan Holding LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that AZ-PACK LLC, which has been engaged in packaging of output of domestic food producers for the last 21 years, has filed a claim to the Sheki Commercial Court against Gilan Gabala Cannery LLC (Gilan Holding).

The reason for the dispute relates to the purchase and sale agreement between the two companies.
