March 27, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has sold state medium-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

The BSE reports that today the issue of these bonds with ISIN-code AZ0106005694, volume of AZN 15 million, circulation term of 1,092 days and interest rate of 9% has been placed.

The 10 investors submitted 19 orders within the price range from AZN 92.624 per bond (claim for annual yield: 12.8798%) to AZN 101.3261 (8.3414%).

In accord with Ministry’s decision the cut–off price is set at AZN 97.4621 (yield: 10.2922%) and weighted average price at AZN 98.6170 (9.6989%). With nominal amount of the orders of AZN 50,034,300 the medium-term bonds were placed for AZN 15 million.
