April 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Communications & New Technologies of Nakhchivan has issued a corresponding license for express mail services to Nahchivan Cargo LLC.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Nakhchivan Ministry that according to an appeal received by the Ministry, after reviewing the documents in the commission and conducting a corresponding study, it was decided to issue a special license to Nahchivan Cargo LLC for express mail services.
