March 29, Fineko/abc.az. A commission has been established in the office of the Ministry of Communications & New Technologies of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic to determine the fulfillment of the conditions necessary for issuing a license for express mail services.

ABC.AZ reports that the Ministry has already started receiving requests related to the provision of express mail services.

After reviewing the documents in the commission and conducting an appropriate investigation, according to the decision of the commission, Sürət Kargo Ltd was issued a special license for express mail services.
