February 28, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan sold state medium-term bonds.

The Baku Stock Exchange reports that yesterday it was placed an issue of SMTBs with ISIN-code AZ0106003699 for AZN 15 million at face value with circulation period of 1,092 days and interest rate of 12%.

The 10 investors submitted 18 orders for AZN 53.26 million. The orders were submitted at the price of AZN 86.616 per bond (claim for annual yield: 17%) up to AZN 110.7638 (7.9%).

In accord with Finance Ministry’s decision the cut-off price is fixed at AZN 105.6011 (yield: 9.8%) and the weighted average price AZN 107.7699 (8.9877%). Medium-term bonds were placed for AZN 15 million.
