January 8, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit organization "International" has increased its authorized capital by AZN 2 million or 3 times.

ABC.AZ reports that NBCO's capital grew from AZN 1 million up to AZN 3 million.

To increase the authorized capital, 2,000 new shares were issued with par value of 1,000 manats each. The securities were purchased by the sole shareholder of the credit institution – Rifat Hasanov.

NBCO “International” was established in 2013.
