December 25, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan will fine facilities and entrepreneurs who do not sell masks in accordance with the standards.
ABC.AZ was informed about this at the State Service for Antimonopoly Regulation & Supervision of the Consumer Market.
It was noted that business entities engaged in the turnover of protective masks that do not meet the requirements of standards and other regulatory documents are liable in accordance with the procedure established by law.
"According to the Code of Administrative Offences, officials who sell goods that do not meet these requirements are fined from 1,500 to 2,000 manats, and legal entities from 4,000 to 6,000 manats,” the Service said.
