November 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Turkish Ombudsman Institute has prepared a report on human rights violations by the Armenian army in Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that starting from this week a report on the war crimes committed by the Armenian army in Azerbaijan will be sent to EU parliaments’ human rights commissions through the relevant structures and organizations in Turkey and around the world.
