Marks & Spencer`s loss reached 87.6 million pounds for seven months

November 5, Fineko/abc.az. Marks & Spencer (M&S), one of the UK’s largest retail chains, suffered losses of 87.6 million pounds in the period from 26 February to 26 September of this year.

ABC.AZ reports that at the same time the company made a profit of 158.8 million pounds for the same period last year.

According to the foreign press, this was the first time in the company's history after 94 years. Sales network revenue for the reporting period decreased by 15.8% to 4.09 billion pounds.

It should be noted that M&S also operates in Azerbaijan, in Port Baku.
