July 23, Fineko/abc.az. The forecast on the expenditure part of the budget was fulfilled by AZN 4.211 bn for Apr-Jun.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Finance that State Budget expenditures for Jan-Jun were fulfilled by 100.9% or AZN 11.7 bn against the forecast (rise of AZN 779.8 million or 7.1% versus the same period of last year).

According to the economic classification, for the 1st half of this year 42.5% of State Budget expenditures or AZN 4.984 bn were allocated to finance socially oriented expenditures (wages, pensions and social benefits, medicines and food), which is by 26.1% or AZN 1.3 bn more versus the 2019 same term.

In the 1st half of the year AZN 8.298 bn or 70.7% of State Budget expenditures were allocated for current expenditures, AZN 2.55 bn or 21.8% for capital expenditures, AZN 880.7 million or 7.5% for expenditures related to servicing the state debt and obligations.
