Azerbaijan's Unibank raises authorized capital by AZN 6 mln

January 16, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani commercial bank - Unibank has raised its authorized capital.

Unibank conducted the next issue of shares. The nominal value of registered book-entry shares amounted to AZN 2.72, the total number of shares made 2,205,893 units.

Thus, the company's capital was increased by AZN 6 mln.
