September 21, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 1.6 million tons of crude oil to the Czech Republic for $712.773 million for Jan-Aug 2026.

According to the State Customs Committee, compared with Jan-Aug 2025, oil deliveries to the Czech Republic decreased by 12.5%, while their cost increased by 9.1%.

Czech Republic's share in overall crude oil exports from Azerbaijan made up 7.2%.

According to customs declarations, in the first 8 months of 2026, Azerbaijan exported 14.677 million tons of crude oil and petroleum products from bituminous rocks for $9.28 bn.

Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover totaled $33.238 bn, including exports for $21.815 bn and imports for $11.423 bn.
