July 2, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has published the amount of the monetary base as of 1 July 2019.

The CBA reported that as of 1 July 2019 the volume of the monetary base in Azerbaijan totaled AZN 10.376 bn that is by 2% or AZN 204.5 million more than on 1 June.

As of 30 December 2018 the monetary base in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 9.545 bn. Thus, the monetary base grew by AZN 831.2 million (8.7%) for the past six months.

The growth of the monetary base made up 12% or AZN 1.002 bn in 2018.
