March 4, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijani government intends to achieve revision of its international rating.

Azerbaijani Finance Minister Samir Sharifov stated that the current ratings (BB+) awarded by international rating agencies do not reflect the real economic situation of the country.

"We believe the ratings should be revised and brought to the level of investment rating (BBB-), as a result of socio-economic reforms," Sharifov emphasized.
