January 23, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev held a meeting with Eldar Satre, CEO of Equinor (ex-Statoil), within the framework of his Davos trip.

The sides covered the questions of cooperation between the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and Equinor on oilfield block Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli.

The head of state voiced satisfaction with Company's work in Azerbaijan. During the meeting the parties exchanged views about promising projects "Garadag", "Ashrafi", "Dan Ulduzu" and repair of "Dada Gorgud".
