Electricity exports from Azerbaijan has grown almost by 15%

January 4, Fineko/abc.az. In 2018, generation of electricity in Azerbaijan totaled 22.52 bn kWh.

Azerenerji reports that electricity generation increased by 3.4% for the year.

"The size of electricity exports to Russia, Georgia, Iran and Turkey increased by 175 million kWh or 14.2% compared to 2017," the electricity operator informed.
