September 21, Fineko/abc.az. From January 1, 2027, the rates of income tax withheld from monthly incomes of individuals will change.

According to the amendments to the Tax Code, the new tax rates will be applied from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2028.

According to the changes, individuals with monthly taxable income of up to 2,500 manats will pay income tax at rate of 5%.

For individuals with monthly income of 2,500 to 8,000 manats, the tax will be calculated on the basis of 125 manats and 10% of the amount over 2,500 manats.

Persons with monthly income of over 8,000 manats will pay a tax of 675 manats and 14% of the amount over 8,000 manats.
