September 21, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Aug 2026, Azerbiajan produced 828,100 pairs of shoes (44.3% more against Jan-Aug 2025), the State Statistics Committee informs.

The dynamics of production growth continued in August. So, in August alone, 118,000 pairs of shoes were produced in the country (41.3% more than a year earlier). As of September 1, there are 87,900 pairs of stocks of finished products in the warehouses of industrial enterprises.

In 2025, the country produced a total of 1.79 million pairs of shoes (0.7% less than in 2024).
