September 21, Fineko/abc.az. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree simplifying visa procedures for foreign visitors arriving for the inaugural FIFA U-15 World Cup and Festival hosted in the country.

Under the decree, foreign citizens and stateless persons traveling for the tournament can obtain visas upon arrival at Azerbaijan’s international airports from September 22 to November 5, 2026. Eligible documents for visa issuance include an official invitation letter from the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) or FIFA accreditation.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and State Migration Service have been instructed to notify international transport authorities and airlines accordingly.
