August 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has amended the "Instructions on the Rules for Performing Notarial Acts in the Republic of Azerbaijan."

Under the decision, information regarding stakes in the charter capital of commercial entities will be transmitted to the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy in real time via the E-Government Information System.

The automated integration covers:

• Agreements on the alienation of shares in charter capital;

• Transfer of shares through inheritance;

• Encumbrance of shares;

• Appointment of an estate manager to safeguard property upon the death of a sole founder who also served as the legal representative.
