Kazakhstan and China to create joint grain trading platform

May 22, Fineko/abc.az. Kazakhstan and China plan to create a joint platform for grain trade.

ABC.AZ reports that Vice Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Yermek Kenzhekhanuly held a meeting with Liu Huanxin, Head of the State Administration for Food & Strategic Reserves of the People's Republic of China (NAFRA).

During negotiations, special attention was paid to the prospects of concluding long-term contracts for the supply of grain and oilseeds, creation of logistics hubs and "dry ports", as well as exchange of technologies for storage and processing of agricultural products.
