May 19, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 5 years, the Azerbaijani State has spent nearclose to $14 bn on the territories liberated from occupation.

ABC.AZ informs that President’s Special Representative for the Shusha region, Aydin Kerimov, made the above-said statement at an event on the theme "Urban planning after conflict: restoring lost identity and building an integrated future" within the WUF13 in Baku.

"We also strive to attract private investments in reconstruction & construction works. The significant part of the figures I mentioned are private investments," he said.
