April 23, Fineko/abc.az. Premium Bank OJSC has a tax debt to the State.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the figures in the database of the State Tax Service, that as of 22 April 2026, the tax debt of Premium Bank amounts to 34,251.25 manats.

Premium Bank OJSC was founded in 1994 and has authorized capital of 174.6 million manats. The main shareholder of bank's authorized capital is 84.5% owned by Jahangir Asgarov. The remaining 15.22% of the shares belong to VIP Aviasiya Xidmətləri Şirkəti LLC, and 0.31% belong to Elvira Akhmedova.
