April 20, Fineko/abc.az. The license of AtaSıgorta has been revoked, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

AtaSigorta’s insurance business license #000300 dated November 10, 2009 was canceled by CBA Board’s relevant decision (from April 17, 2026) in accordance with Article 107.1.1 of the Law on Insurance Activity.

"The cancellation of company's license does not pose a threat to the financial stability and permanence of the insurance sector. The liquidation process will be controlled by the Central Bank within the legislation of Azerbaijan," the CBA says.
