April 15, Fineko/abc.az. The medium-term budget framework for 2027-2030 prepared by the Ministry of Finance is available on the Department's website.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Ministry that the medium-term budget framework is based on the Procedure for preparing a medium-term expenditure structure approved by the presidential decree from August 24, 2018, and Cabinet Ministers’ order dated January 30, 2026 "On the preparation of the Draft State Budget for 2027".

The document contains information on the main directions and objectives of the policy, the macro-fiscal framework, national spending priorities, the medium-term resource package, forecasts of revenues and expenditures of the consolidated and state budgets, as well as the upper limits of State Budget finances for envisaged programs for sectors involved in budget reforms.
