March 18, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service has registered Dongfeng-Improtex AZ Agro LLC.

ABC.AZ informs that the legal address of the new company is the same as that of Improtex – Baku city, Garadagh district, Lokbatan Settlement, Salyan Highway, 15th km. The authorized capital of the company is $1 million, and its legal representative is Chinese citizen Wang Weijun.

During the state visit of President Ilham Aliyev to China in April 2025, Improtex and Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery signed a Memorandum of Understanding on a tractor production project.
