January 5, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2025, Azerbaijan produced 37,728.4 tons of liquid vegetable oils (2.6% less against Jan-Nov 2024), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Statistics Committee.
The country also produced 46,537.8 tons of margarine (3.1% more than a year ago).
As of December 1, Azerbaijan had accumulated reserves of 2,132.7 tons of liquid vegetable oils and 3,537.9 tons of margarine (respectively, 41.3% and 5.6% less than on an annual basis).
For Jan-Nov 2025, our country produced food products for 4.592 billion manats (9.8% more than a year earlier).
