July 22, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2026, Georgia imported 93.6 tons of cucumbers (fresh or chilled) from Azerbaijan for $68,200, the National Statistics Service of Georgia informs. Compared with Jan-Jun 2025, the indicator grew 7-fold in value terms and 8-fold in volume terms.

Thus, Azerbaijan took the 3rd place among the countries exporting cucumbers to Georgia.

In total, in the first 6 months of the year, Georgia imported 8,833 tons of cucumbers for $5.7 million (18% and 14% less, respectively, compared to Jan-Jun 2025).

The largest deliveries accounted for Turkey - 6,541 tons for $4.6 million, Iran - 2,150 tons for $1.1 million, Uzbekistan - 43 tons for $21,500, Jordan - 5.6 tons for $2,700.
