July 30, Fineko/abc.az. In September 2026, the Professional Education Center at the Karabakh University will open in Shusha.

ABC.AZ reports that Science & Education Minister Emin Amrullayev made the relevant statement at the opening ceremony of the Center of Advanced Experience  & Workshops on Operation of Installations & Equipment of Renewable Energy Sources.

The minister noted that it is planned to create the Fuzuli Professional Lyceum in 2027:

"This is a big step towards providing jobs for citizens returning to places liberated from occupation."
