August 3, Fineko/abc.az. Bachelor's degree graduates admitted to master's programs must complete their university registration digitally via the my.gov.az portal between 3:00 PM on August 3 and 6:00 PM on August 12.

The Ministry of Science and Education has deployed a dedicated electronic service on the "mygov" platform to facilitate this process.

To register, admitted students must sign in to their personal accounts on the my.gov.az portal using "mygov ID", navigate to the "Services" -> "Institutions" section, select the Ministry of Science and Education, and proceed to "Registration of students in higher and secondary specialized education institutions." Applicants verify their personal and admission details to submit the request, which can be tracked in real time. If the request status indicates "Payment pending," tuition fees can be paid online or a payment receipt can be uploaded.

The registration is finalized once verified and approved by the educational institution, after which a notification is issued to the student via the platform.
