August 7, Fineko/abc.az. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree approving the "Agreement between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan on the Mutual Allocation of Annual Educational Quotas."

Under the decree, the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan is instructed to ensure the implementation of the agreement's provisions once it enters into force.

Additionally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been tasked with notifying the Tajik side that internal procedures required for the agreement to take effect have been completed.
