July 29, Fineko/abc.az. In the first half of this year, the Accounts Chamber of Azerbaijan revealed distortions for totally 105.1 million manats in the financial statements of governmental agencies and companies.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Accounts Chamber, that significant distortions totaled 12.6 million manats of this amount.

As a result of inspections, in seven cases, reports and decisions of the Accounts Chamber Board were sent to the audit supervision facilities. Reports on completed control measures have also been sent to the Milli Majlis, the Supreme Majlis of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the Cabinet Ministers of Nakhchivan, as well as to the Ministries of Finance of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan.

It is also noted that appropriate adjustments have been made to the facts of significant distortions identified in previous years in the amount of over 300 million manats.
