July 22, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2025, 123,192 technical passports were drawn up and 28,926 mortgage agreements were registered.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Service for Property Issues, that 173,383 real estate ownership rights were registered and issued for Jan-Jun 2025. Of the registered property rights, 30,352 (17.5%) accounted for initial registration and 143,031 (82.5%) for re-registration.

In addition, ownership rights were registered for 31,211 private residential and country houses, 42,999 apartments, 92,787 land plots, 1,444 non-residential buildings, 4,504 non-residential premises, 358 property complexes, 77 multi-family residential buildings and 3 multi-year plantings.

The 762 registered property rights during this period are in the city of Baku, and the rest are in the districts of the country.
