July 16, Fineko/abc.az. The “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on Mutual Visa Exemption for Citizens Holding Ordinary Passports” entered into force on July 16, 2025.
ABC.AZ reports that according to the agreement, citizens of Azerbaijan holding valid ordinary passports of Azerbaijan and citizens of China holding valid ordinary passports of China are exempt from visa requirements for entering, leaving and transiting the territory of the other country for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days per visit and not exceeding a total of 90 days in any 180 day period.
The “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on Mutual Visa Exemption for Citizens Holding Ordinary Passports” was signed on April 23, 2025 in Beijing.
