October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2024, investments in the amount of 12.7 billion manats were made in fixed assets (3.9% less versus Jan-Sept 2023).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that investments in the oil & gas sector declined by 8.4%, and in the non-oil/gas sector by 1.6%.

6.302 billion manats or 49.6% of the investments were made in the manufacturing sector, 4.743 billion manats or 37.3% in the service sector, 1.665 billion manats or 13.1% for the construction of residential buildings.

Domestic investments amounted to 10.578 billion manats (83.2%) of the total investments in fixed assets, 9,193 million manats (72.3%) of investments in fixed assets were directed for construction and installation works.
