July 4, Fineko/abc.az. Non-Bank Credit Organization (NBCO) - Viator Microcredit Azerbaijan OJSC issues 500 interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented, nominal bonds with nominal value of 1,000 manats each.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the NBCO issue prospectus that the purpose of the issue is to expand company's activity by attracting alternative financial resources, making a profit by increasing the loan portfolio.

The underwriter is investment company CPM-Invest.

The maturity of the bonds is 540 days, and their annual yield is 14%.
