July 3, Fineko/abc.az. On June 30, the Council of Ministers of Iran signed and published a letter on the cancellation of visas with Tajikistan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Asia-Plus that this was informed by the Iranian Embassy in Tajikistan.

According to this letter, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to implement the provisions on the abolition of the visa regime between Iran and Tajikistan.

At the same time, Iran has put forward several conditions under which the "visa-free" between the countries will begin to work:

- duration of stay without a visa: 30 days;

- type of trip: by air only;

- route: only from Dushanbe to Tehran and back;

- condition of validity: the visa-free regime will be valid if it is observed bilaterally.
