June 27, Fineko/abc.az. Sabah City technopark will be created in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that Rahim Bayramli, the director of the Sabah HUB Innovation Center.

He added that Sabah City is a joint project with the Ministry of Science & Education: "We want to unite students for research on development of the ecosystem. The Sabah City Innovation Center will be established in the next 2 years."

Bayramli added that the Sabah Fund for $25 million will also be created: "The purpose of the Fund is to provide investments to startups in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus as a whole, as well as in Central Asia. We plan to invest from $100,000 up to $500,000. In particular, investments will be made in 50-60 startups in the region over the next 4 years."
