May 8, Fineko/abc.az. The auction to be organized on May 20 by the State Service for Property Issues, will put up property on the balance sheet of the non-bank credit organization Aqrarkredit CJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that 21 real estate objects will be put up for auction, 1 of which is a private residential building, and the remaining 20 are land plots.

The area of the private residential building put up for auction is 155.9 m2, and the land area is 0.06 – 36.59 hectares. The starting price at the auction varies within 1 647 – 36,180 manats.

The auction applicants can choose the objects of state property put up for auction through websites emlak.gov.az or privatization.az.
