July 22, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st half of this year, a total of 419,000 manats was received from the lease of non-residential buildings and land plots in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (17% more against Jan-Jun 2025).

In addition, for Jan-Jun 2026, the State Service for Property Issues under the NAR Ministry of Economy concluded 110 new lease agreements for state property, including 79 ones for non-residential properties and 31 ones for land plots. Additionally, 134 lease agreements were extended.
