August 19, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy has announced an investment contest for the sale of a property complex located in Oryat village, Sheki region.

Key Contest Terms:

• Property value: 2 million AZN

• Minimum investment: 2 million AZN

• Job creation: At least 50 new jobs

• Budget payment: Minimum 650,000 AZN upon contract signing

Both local and foreign investors are eligible to participate. The winner must sign the purchase agreement within 30 days.

• Application deadline: September 22, 2026 (10:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
