July 22, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s State Budget revenues from the privatization and lease of state property in the 1st half of 2026 exceeded 159.2 million manats.

The State Service for Property Issues informs that 131 million manats were received from the privatization of state property for Jan-Jun 2026 (64.8% more against Jan-Jun 2025).

The Service conducted 32 auctions, which resulted in the privatization of shares in three joint-stock companies, two small state-owned enterprises, one unfinished building, and 520 vehicles.

In addition, 2,366 new lease agreements were concluded for Jan-Jun 2026 (+24.5%), including 282 for non-residential buildings and 2,084 for land plots.

Revenues from the lease of state property, including non-residential buildings and land plots, amounted to 28.2 million manats (+29.4%).

Thus, State Budget overall revenues from privatization and lease of property for Jan-Jun 2026 reached 159.2 million manats (year-on-year rise of 57.2%).
