January 10, Fineko/abc.az. Currently, the Azerbaijan Investment Company (under the Ministry of Economy), together with foreign and local partners, is analyzing 24 projects with total investment value of about $2.7 bn, covering various industries, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry.

These projects cover various industries, including green and alternative energy, food industry, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, etc.

In total, last year, the AIC reviewed and analyzed 109 new investment projects, and the AIC Supervisory Board approved eight projects with total investment value of 560 million manats. AIC’s participation in these projects is planned for the amount of 42 million manats. As a result of their implementation, it is planned to create new production facilities and provide permanent jobs for up to 600 people.
