October 26, Fineko/abc.az. If Azerbaijani entrepreneurs want to work in the territories liberated from occupation, they must actively participate in state tenders.

ABC.AZ reports that Ahmed Hasanov, the head of the Public Procurement Control Department of the State Service for Antimonopoly Supervision & Consumer Market Control (under the Ministry of Economy), stated about this at event ”Ensuring transparency & competitiveness of restoration work in the territories liberated from occupation".

"Starting from next year, purchases in Azerbaijan will be carried out through the unified electronic portal of public procurement. It will also help ensure transparency in this matter. At the beginning of this year, trainings related to public procurement were regularly held in Shusha, Zangilan and other occupation-liberated territories. New trainings will begin next week, to which entrepreneurs will be invited," Hasanov said.
