June 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CBAR) has announced an open tender for the procurement of licenses for its Password Policy Enhancement System (SpecOps).

ABC.AZ reports, citing the official electronic procurement portal etender.gov.az, that the participation fee for the tender procedure is set at AZN 49.83.

Prospective bidders are required to submit their proposals by July 2, 2026, at 17:00 to the following address: 90 Rashid Behbudov Street, Baku. The opening of tender bids will take place on the same day, July 2, 2026, at 17:00.
