September 13, Fineko/abc.az. As part of Milli Majlis autumn session, the Committee on Labor & Social Policy will hold its 1st meeting this year.

ABC.AZ reports that the Committee considered the Draft Law on Labor Pensions.

Adil Veliyev, the head of the Milli Majlis Social Legislation Department, informed about the draft amendments to the Law on Labor Pensions (in the 1st reading).

He spoke about the proposed changes in the draft regarding the social insurance number, restrictions on probation in employment contracts, regulation of social insurance relations of employees, as well as specification of concepts.

Committee’s deputy chairman Malahat Ibrahimgizi, committee members Sattar Mehbaliyev, Ziyad Samadzade, Aziz Alekperov, Sevinj Huseynova, Vugar Bayramov, Arzu Nagiyev and Ilham Mammadov expressed their opinions and suggestions on the issues discussed.
